Broken dreams

This is me! I am new to blogging and only doing this as a recommendation from another blogger.
This blog is hopefully going to follow me through my many hospital, physio and doctors appointments as well as my struggle with mother hood, marriage and work.
To start i will fill you all in about my past. But before you start to read don't get me wrong i do not regret anything in my past and love my family so much.

Well having a little boy at 19 was not part of my great plans for life. Traveling, teaching and university all the way for me. Well that was the plan.
University plans were canceled and before i knew it i was looking at houses to rent and buying second hand pushchairs and baby stuff not suitcases and holidays.
My boyfriend was brill and stood by me all the way, we are now married and have been together for 12 years.

After many complications he was here. A very noisy little boy.
We got married bought a house and had another baby.
Where had my life gone!

By 22 i had done it all. What ever happened to my dreams of working in a high profile job, lunch with friends and shopping?

So i was about to have lots of time on my hands. My oldest was at school and the youngest was about to start nursery. Yay time for me! Sorry to all you proper mums but as much as i love my kids and i really do, i needed some time for me.

I started working in my perfect job which i would have never thought would have been possible. Started being able to get babysitters and go out clubbing with my husband and friends and finally i was starting to feel like me.

Yes the new me was more grown up. I had a family that always came first but during the day when the kids were at school i was me. Don't get me wrong i don't just go out as soon as the kids are at school, i work VERY hard and have a lot of responsibility at work. But at work i am me, not a mum or a wife.

The next challenge was to start to get fit and so i started going to the gym and running. Almost as soon as i started i new something was wrong as with lots of pains and swelling this couldn't be right!
I am the sort of person to just carry on which is what i did as best i could.

Finally i gave up first i damaged my knee then my wrists would not stop swelling!! HELP!!!!!! What the F**k was happening. I felt like a 26 year old in and 86 year olds body. My grandparents had more movement than me.
So the doctors it was for me. After lots of tests and seeing lots of different people i was finally told that Arthur had got me. ( Arthur is the name stolen from other blogger's for Arthritis)
Well that's prob enough for now will carry on another night!!!

Thanks For reading
